Damage and Issues
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and rectify it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as bespoke products (like special orders or personalised items) as well as digital products. If you have any questions or concerns about a particular item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EU 14-day cooling-off period Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving any reason. As above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with the tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We'll let you know when we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue your refund.
